Stuart Otto is a Medicaid Planner who plays an important role in keeping Ashber’s systems and processes running smoothly. In addition to supporting Medicaid planning cases, he manages Ashber’s CRM and helps ensure the business side of the firm stays organized and efficient.

Stuart is highly skilled with calculations and is deeply knowledgeable about insurance products and annuity structures. Attorneys and team members rely on him for accuracy, problem solving, and making sure cases are set up correctly from the start. His attention to detail and technical expertise help prevent issues before they arise and keep cases moving forward without unnecessary delays.

Just as important, Stuart is generous with his time and approachable by nature. He has a way of making people feel comfortable asking questions and often feels more like a friend than a vendor to the attorneys he works with. His willingness to help and steady presence make him a trusted part of the Ashber team.

Stuart lives in Florida and enjoys staying active. Outside of work, he spends time with his high‑energy dog, Grover, and enjoys playing music and taking on new technical challenges.
