Allycia “Ally” Adams

Medicaid Planner
Virginia

Allycia “Ally” Adams is a Medicaid Planner with a strong background in Medicaid case management, crisis intervention, elder law, and estate planning. She brings nearly two decades of experience working with seniors. For the past five of those years, her work as a senior paralegal focused solely on Long Term-Care and Medicaid planning at an elder law firm, giving her hands‑on familiarity with the Medicaid qualification and application process and the practical realities attorneys and paralegals navigate in these cases. Additionally, Ally holds her Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Portland State University and is a Certified Senior Advisor. Ally works closely with law firms to support Medicaid planning strategies and annuity solutions, drawing on her experience with applications, asset statement reviews, income verifications, legal documentation, timing considerations, and issue‑spotting throughout the Medicaid process. Attorneys value her ability to anticipate questions that arise during filing and to help think through practical solutions when cases become complex or time‑sensitive.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys gardening, reading, painting, baking bread, and being a mother of three.
