Meet The Team
Amber (Gouin) Hinds
President
Amber has over 15 years’ experience as a Medicaid and LTC Planner. She has an immense passion for educating attorneys, advisors, and their clients regarding financial strategies designed to help pay for long-term care costs applicable to both Preplanning (asset-based LTC/hybrid policies) and Crisis Medicaid scenarios.
Amber is a proud recipient of University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh’s BA of Finance where she graduated with magna cum laude honors. She is a licensed insurance agent licensed in all 50 states and holds her Series 65 license with FINRA.
Amber is married to her husband, Ashley, and has two sons Asher (age 2) and Asa (5 months). Amber and Ashley enjoy attending Crossfit classes together and being active parents to two boys under two!
Stuart Otto
Medicaid Planner
Stuart is a Medicaid Planner with nearly 10 years of experience as a Medicaid Annuity specialist and has held his insurance license for over 10 years. Stuart is responsible for assisting attorneys & other insurance agents with spend-down proposals and annuity quotes. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, where he majored in Business Administration - Finance. Stuart is also a Veteran of the Wisconsin Army National Guard, serving for 6-years from 2007-2013. Although Stuart is a Wisconsin-native, he now resides in Florida and spends his spare time playing music, going to CrossFit, and enjoying the terrific weather Florida has to offer.

Jessica Baudhuin (FKA Gagnon)
Agent Support Representative
Jessica is an Agent Support Representative. Jessica has held her insurance license for over 10 years. At AshBer, Jessica helps with many crucial processes of the company. She assists agents & advisors with the contracting/appointment process. She also processes our insurance applications. Jessica has over 10 years of experience processing insurance applications. She is a true people-person! She is delighted to help answer questions from agents and clients! In Jessica's spare time, she enjoys all of the seasons Wisconsin offers. Jessica enjoys skiing in the winter & camping in the summer with her husband & three kids.
Lindsay Ross
Agent Support Representative
Lindsay is an Agent Support Representative and has over 10 years of experience in the financial loan industry. Lindsay is responsible for assisting with processing annuity applications, aiding in the death claim process, and provides other crucial support to our clients. She is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she majored in Marketing. In Lindsay’s spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, exploring new places, basically anything outdoors, and spending quality time with her boyfriend, family, and friends…and of course, her fur babies, as she has 2 cats.

Todd is a licensed insurance agent and Certified Elder Law Attorney with 20 years of experience as an attorney. He is a Past President of the National Elder Law Foundation, the ABA approved organization to certify attorneys nationally as Certified Elder Law Attorneys. Todd has created, managed and sold three law firms in Arkansas. He is of Counsel with a number of law firms across the country. Todd is a national speaker and educator on Elder Law issues.
