Celebrating 7 Years, A Message from our Founder

When I opened AshBer in 2019, this space had very few options. I believed families and elder law attorneys deserved better.

I started AshBer with a simple but deeply personal goal. I wanted to support attorneys who guide families through some of the hardest moments of their lives, and I wanted to do that without unnecessary cost getting in the way.

Since opening our doors, we have never had to raise our prices. That decision was intentional. Keeping more money in the hands of families navigating Medicaid planning has always mattered to me, and it continues to guide how we operate.

Starting AshBer was a leap of faith. I was young and building something of my own, driven by a long‑held dream. I was determined to bring my core values into a business that respected the practice of law and the critical role elder law attorneys play. From the beginning, I wanted AshBer to be a true partner that attorneys could rely on.

Over the years, AshBer has grown in ways I could not have imagined. My life has grown alongside this business, including the joy of welcoming my three incredible boys.

Our team has grown just as thoughtfully. Every person here plays a specific role and focuses on a distinct client need. That intention allows us to serve our partners with consistency and care.

I am incredibly proud of the team we have built and the passion they bring to AshBer every day. To the attorneys who trust us and work alongside us, thank you. I am beyond grateful for your support and your faith in me. I am excited for what comes next and thankful for everything that has led us here.
